Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Blue Farm opens with a gentle black cherry and cola bouquet with hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is unique. It features cherry-cola and vanilla oak. We also detected hints of red raspberry, currant and course stone minerality. The finish is dry and its dusty mild tannins are nicely extended. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with wiener schnitzel or stuffed veal breast. Enjoy - KWGTP
